Delayed detection of crop pest and diseases accounts for 47% of crop loss in every farming season across the world. 38% CO2 Emission comes from fertilizers, chemicals leading to soil degradation (UNEP).

In Sub-Saharan Africa, certain pests alone cause annual cereal grain losses of about 4.1 million metric tonnes (UNEP).

We are addressing challenges of delayed pest and disease identification that often lead to loss of yield, use of heavy fertilizers that contribute significantly to CO2 emissions and soil degradation.
